CSA - Community Supported Agriculture

Community Supported Agriculture is a great way for people to connect with their food and the families that grow it.  Families who join our CSA receive a weekly "share" of vegetables.  Each week, they either come out to our farm to pick up their produce or meet us at the Downtown Eau Claire Farmer's Market.  They receive a generous portion of whatever vegetables were fresh that week.  This is a great way to eat local in season produce.

We offer a tiered pricing schedule.  Families who wish to help out with vegetable production and/or picking receive a reduction in the amount they pay for a subscription.  During 2005, we especially welcome people who are willing to help out.  Please call or e-mail us for further details.

Here our son Sasha proudly displays the first of our lettuce ready for delivery.  The head to the left is Red Sails.  The one on the right is Winter Density.

There is nothing like a homegrown salad!  This one include are "All Star" lettuce varieties, Sugar Snap peas and green onions.
Everything on our plate is raised here on our farm.  What a delicious meal!
We grow several different zucchinis.  The boys proudly display their "Raven" zucchini.  We chose "Raven" for it's deep green color and added health benefits.
These vegetables were delivered July 24th and included:  zucchini, cucumbers, broccoli, lettuce, carrots, beets, green beans and sugar snap peas.
Kossack kohlrabi was one of the fun and tasty additions to our produce line up during the 2004 season.
Here was the start of this years tomato crop!
This is our new plant holder that Vince made this spring.  Our other one is in the spare bedroom.  We are overflowing!
