Community Supported Agriculture is a great way for people to
connect with their food and the families that grow it. Families who join
our CSA receive a weekly "share" of vegetables. Each week, they either
come out to our farm to pick up their produce or meet us at the Downtown Eau
Claire Farmer's Market. They receive a generous portion of whatever
vegetables were fresh that week. This is a great way to eat local in
season produce.
We offer a tiered pricing schedule. Families who wish to
help out with vegetable production and/or picking receive a reduction in the
amount they pay for a subscription. During 2005, we especially welcome
people who are willing to help out. Please call or e-mail us for further
details.
